Richard Taylor is a senior shareholder at Taylor Martino in Mobile, Alabama. Mr. Taylor concentrates primarily on death and personal injury litigation with special emphasis on products liability and vehicle collisions. Mr. Taylor enjoys litigating automobile product liability cases, machinery defect cases and fire and explosion cases. He has also settled and tried many industrial and construction injury cases in the past twenty years.

Steven A. Martino

Partner At Taylor Martino P.C

Steven A. Martino is a senior shareholder at Taylor Martino, P.C. He concentrates primarily on wrongful death, personal injury, class action and mass-tort litigation with special emphasis on finance fraud, products liability and vehicle accidents. Mr. Martino has tried and settled many industrial and construction injury cases in the past twenty years. He has been licensed to practice in all courts of Alabama for over twenty-five years. Mr. Martino was born in Pennsylvania and raised near Cleveland, Ohio. He is married and has three children. He is a sustaining member of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).

Edward P. Rowan

Partner At Taylor Martino Rowan P.C.

Ed Rowan is a shareholder at Taylor Martino, PC and has practiced law for over twenty one years. Mr. Rowan handles all types of plaintiff’s cases, including automobile and trucking cases, products liability, nursing home injuries or deaths and also handles Mass Torts, including Chinese Drywall and BP/Deepwater Horizon Litigation. Mr. Rowan is licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi.

Ruth Lichtenfeld

Attorney At Taylor Martino P.C

Ruth Lichtenfeld is the most recent addition to the legal team of Taylor Martino, P.C. In addition to earning a J.D. degree and an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Alabama School of Law, Ruth earned a B.S. in Nursing and an M.B.A. from the University of South Alabama. Ruth is involved in cases involving personal injuries arising from the negligence of others, and those arising from defective products, defective medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.

Amanda Summerlin

Attorney At Taylor Martino Rowan P.C.

Amanda is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi, New York and Pennsylvania and has represented clients in both federal and state court actions, including MDL 875, where she appeared as defense liaison counsel. After practicing law in Mississippi, Amanda moved to Alabama in 2017 and continued the practice of law. She primarily handles cases involving mass torts, specifically representing clients with complications and injuries from hernia mesh and DePuy Attune knee replacements, as well as cases involving general civil litigation.

W. Lloyd Copeland

Attorney At Taylor Martino P.C

Mr. Copeland has worked with Taylor Martino since February 2001. He is primarily responsible for the firm’s legal research, brief writing, motion practice, and appeals. Mr. Copeland has briefed and orally argued numerous matters in state and federal trial courts across the country. He has also filed appellate briefs in many state and federal appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. He has orally argued in the Supreme Court of Alabama, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, the Florida First District Court of Appeal, and the U. S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits. He has been selected to Alabama Super Lawyers, and Mid-South Super Lawyers in the area of appellate practice.  He is peer-review rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.

Ben Kearns

Ben Kearns has worked with Taylor Martino as an associate since 2017. Ben focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, trucking cases, and products liability cases. He was born and raised in Mobile, and is excited to serve the people of Mobile as an attorney.
